Meters/Counters | comma vs dot

Just a question: would it be possible that if I choose the Dutch language, the dot in metrics change in commas?
I filled out the metrics with a comma, but there was no costs convertion in Report. Of course it's just a request - once you know that dots are always to be used it is ok. Thanks!
