RazBerry (AddOn) vs AEOTEC (USB)

Dear all,
I am about to start off with z-Wave.
Currently my setup consists of 2 raspberry pi 3 ( 1 master and 1 slave)
The slave has a kWh meter (solar) and OTGW. Both on the USB. And the SMA is connected via BlueTooth.
On the master I have the P1 meter via USB and a 433 transmitter/receiver on the GPIO port.
In my search for z-wave controllers I got the 2 mentioned in the subject. The RazBerry is an Addon on the GPIO and the AEOTEC via USB
So the question:
In your opinion, what is the best (better) choice? Pricing is nearly the same.
Maybe someone is willing to share his/her experience ?
Goal is to have as many z-wave devices controlled and monitored. First off I want to read out the consumption .
Thanks in advance!
