Notification popup uses 12 hour sytem

I just noticed the popup dialog in the domoticz app for android* shows times in 12-hour format. As a test, I switched notifications on for a couple of lights, and switched the lights on at 23:18. The dialog shows:
*): From the hamburger menu: Settings > Notifications settings > Last notifications.
