Domoticz

I have two Neo Coolcam sirens, They are capable of being both a alarm and doorbell.

Currently I have them configured to sound the alarm if my smoke detectors go off.

I would like to expand on this and use the door bell sound when my doors are open. I have looked around and found this forum post but don't really understand it

If I take your two pastes from above and substitute the IP address and zwave-config idx for my own Domoticz instance then they both work fine with response OK and my Neo Coolcam siren reconfigures as expected. Are you sure that you have the correct zwave idx for your situation?

I found out that the scripts from: http://www.domoticz.com/forum/viewtopic.php?t=18506 need the IDX from the z-wave device.
That might not be the same as the NodeID as found in the z-wave hardware setup.
I found the difference in the database in table: ZWaveNodes
In Domoticz is the IDX (in the database called ID) not visible.

That might be the case in your configuration too.
You can check by: http://XXX.XXX.XXX.XXX:PPP/json.htm?type=openzwavenodes&idx=YYY
Where XXX.... is your IP, PPP is the port and YYY is the IDX in the hardware tab of the RazBerry controler or Z-wave USB controler.

On every device you find a NodeID and an IDX, and these might differ.
