Turn on light at a blind percent level

Hello,
I try to open light on a "Dio RF 54798" control by RFXCOM rtx433E when the blind percentage control by FIBARO Roller Shutter 2 are at 40%.
But the script is running when the close or open command is set and not when the store are at 40%.
I have an error in the log, i think because the running script command is call when the store start to open or close and not at the final status (cf. attachments)
If anybody knows the solution...
Maybe Blockly is not the best way to do this. I'm open for some solution
I think it's a very used behavior.
