Domoticz

This thermostat is different from others in that it has both local API capability as well as a cloud service. This plugin is for accessing the local API. I've now been using it for several months without issue.

Updating the plugin for the new Domoticz Python Plugin Standards wasn't too difficult.

Everything is all good again.
