scenario called by program

Hello,

(I start in home automation)
my project is to management lights of a room.
In fact I want to create a scenario
Example:
- progressive lighting of a lamp (during 5 minutes)
- variation of the color for an other lamp
- switch off an other lamp after 15 minutes,
- etc.
Then, I want to execute this scenario from a program (written in C # under Windows) by sending HTTP URL for example.
I think the HoMIDoM software can do this with its macro.
Domoticz software allows to do that ?
Could you advise me a software that knows how to do this?
