CEC like yatse APP

Hi all
It's my first post !
I just install domoticz on my ubuntu server.
I have a openelec who run kodi under my tv.
My yatse app on my phone can do CEC action for up or down TV.
How can I do the same thing in domoticz please ?
For info Kodi Media Server is up in Hardware / Domoticz I can use remote in the web interface of domesticz.
In fact I want play music when Pir is ON
Remember it's my first day with Domoticz
