Clone of log-graphs at website?

The Log-button of a widget calls the graphics for day ~ year for the related data-set.
Re-inventing the wheel is a lot of work, and not very productive ..........
Would be nice to be able to call a clone of such graph at my own website:
something comparable to the Chart Context Menu at the upper righthand corner of each graph-trace, but than not for download, but for transfer after remote call (or called by script) to a selected, other destination.
Anyone with an idea or (ready-solution) to get that function?
Aiming at a resulting picture like this (which is from the experimental pages of my own website, with the graph as a jpg-file 'hand-made' exported from Domoticz though the Context Menu). 'Hand-made' update keeps the maintainer active, while
automation allows to lean back .......
