Version: V3.5877
Platform: Debian
Plugin/Hardware: RaPi3, Z-wave stick gen5
Description: Switch sometimes not working

On my system I have 5 switches working. One of the switches is not working fine. The 'on' command is working fine, the 'off' command sometimes is working fine and sometimes not. When I look in the log file, I find "OpenZWave: Received timeout notification from HomeID: 4142796931, NodeID: 2 (0x02)"on the times it is not working fine. I think its a Z-wave problem so I took a look in the hardware settings. Switch number 2 seems to be connected fine. What can I do to solve this problem?

Are all 5 devices powered switches as there seems to be a difference in available groups so guess they are different devices?
Is there a longer distance or obstacles to the switch having issues?
