Fibaro vs Qubino Switch type

I have a Fibaro FGS223 double switch and a Qubino ZMNHBD1 double switch.

I put them both behind existing double toggle switches. The Fibaro has the option to put the switch type to:
  • Toggle switch (contact closed - On, contact opened - OFF
Toggle switch (device changes status when switch changes status
Which means if I choose the first option the local regular switch does the same as it always did, up is Off and down is On.

For the Qubino I can choose between:
  • Mono-stable switch type (push button)
    Bi-stable switch type
I picked the latter. This means that the device changes status when switch changes status, but I would like it to act like the first option in the Fibaro. It sucks when one switch is down with the lights Off and the other is in the up position with lights Off because one got switched by domoticz in stead of a local switch action. Is that possible? Is there a way to see the status of the local switch so I can script it? Or any other ideas?
