I didn't find any tech info about these. Also, couldn't find the app on Play store, so, cannot read a review of the app.
If you're very very lucky, these lamps might respond to one of Domoticz's built-in LAN/Wifi hardwares. But don't count on it.
So, if you would buy these, and if you find the corresponding app, you will need a sniffer on your Android or on your network, so you can document the API. If you're lucky, it is simple http requests, which Domoticz can do from LUA script or from a (dummy) switch on/off commandline. But it might also be UDP or broadcasts. In that case, you should be able to program that in bash or python scripts, which can be called by Domoticz.
So if you are into these things, it is not hard. If not, I'd definately not buy those. Unless you're able to find more info on it, beforehand.

There are alot of things to consider when looking for wall-switches from china.
1. most generic wifi wallswitches on aliexpress etc. need both live and neutral to function. In my country (Sweden) and I think most of europe standard way is that there is only live-wire connected to the wallswitch. So you might need to add a neutral wire to the switch witch can be problematic in some cases.
2. Square backpiece, if that is the standard in your country then fine. But for me switches need to be round to fit in the wall.
3. Chineese powered device powered 24/7 in your wall. Insurances could be problematic as I don't think any of devices on aliexpress has any real testing or certification, and if they have you don't know if it is legit.
