Chinese PIR not working correct

Hi all,
I have bought a few PIRs from AliExpress. But I think I bought a different one than the ones you're using, since I can't find any DIP switch/short wire holes on the print.
When there is motion detected, the blue LED comes up but most of the times no 433 MHz message is being send.
Any help would be nice.
And in RFXmngr I also see that the PIR sends messages with different IDs
