Re: Stop Forum Spam
Yep I just looked at his profile and he's made 14 posts in the last 24 hours, all of them SPAM....
Running Domoticz and Dashticz beta on Raspberry Pi OS 32 bit - has anyone had success with 64 bit?

Re: Stop Forum Spam
@gizmocuz, Another extra option could be to add Authorized for URLs and set the option "If a match then deny" to No so these posts will come into the mod preview for new users.
This way these spammers posts that contain URLs will endup in the modqueue and the Mods get an auto notification to BanHammer them.
The small downside is that real members that initially post links will have to wait a little before their post is approved.

Hi @jvdz,
You wrote:
The moderators should look to them all, just to filter out those spammers.
Most spammers subscribe to this forum, drop their spam and disappear.
As said, if you can only post one real post to the forum after you have subscribed to the forum it will solve a lot.
Then it is not possible to drop your spam in multiple threads. It will save the mods a lot of work.
Another way is that the mods look to the first posts of any new member, before to give him an upgrade.
I believe there are various alternatives, but we have to reduce it.
Regards

Nah ... this is just for newly registered members for the first xx posts.
This would hide the posts and "automagically" warn the Mods.

Re: Stop Forum Spam
Hi,
Currently a user/bot, named ggaoiuaqw870 is spamming this forum again.
Today already 40 spam messages.
I'm also a member of other forums, but none is so sensitive as this forum for spammers.
C'mon stop these users. This should be possible!
