Challenge Garage door

Hi all!

I have a challenge with my garage door.

Because my RFlink does not support the protected remote of the garage door, I am looking for a solution in Zwave to open up my garage door.

The garage door opener has the possibility to add a switch. As soon as the Switch (pulse) is connected (it connects pin 1 and pin 2 of the garage door opener board) the door is opened. I measured these two ports: it is only 2 volts

So actually what I would need is a Zwave relais, that operates on 230V itsself, but if switched on does not forward the 230V to the garagedoor, but only connects the pin1 and pin2.

Does anyone know if this is possible and if so: what Zwave device I need to purchase?

Thanks in advance.

Kind regards, Willem.

a zwave solution already exist:

but I think you could use a normal dry contact to perate the switch... so you would just need a ESP8266 relay.....
