Interval in Blocky

I have a few humidity sensor connected with some fans in Domoticz. Domoticz only refreshes the value’s with an interval of 5 minutes so the blocky also reacts in a timeframe of 5 minutes which is way too long in my case. I do understand that this is because of performance reasons for the short log but can this also be set on device level? Or have a separate interval in a blocky while the logs stays at a 5 minutes interval? I also read there is a hidden html settings for changing the interval for a devices, does someone know where to find it?
