Domoticz

Hi,

I've bought a set of 5 Elro AB600S switches, without the remote control.
I've tried many ways to let my Raspberry Pi and RFXcom communicate with the set, but unfortunately, it still isn't working.

I did the following things:
- Settings - Settings - Hardware/Sensors - accept new hardware/sensors
- Switches - Add new manually - On/Off - ARC, X10, AB400D etc, House code A, unit code 1
- Put on my switch the house code on A and the unit code on 1

Hopefully it's something easy.

Are you sure the AB600S is compatible with AB400D protocol?

Thanks, EdKo. I already checked the post, unfortunately it didn't work.

Try this: create an ARC device in Domoticz, push the learn button on the AB600S, transmit OFF commands until the LED on the AB600S stops blinking.

OK, it became weirder...
I've made an ARC device in Domoticz:
- A1, same as the AB600D (i've got also a dimmer).

Weird enough is that the dimmer goes on and off with the off signal. So, when my domoticz send an off-signal, the switch turned on or off (depending on the actual on off status).

When i'm in the hardware module of Domicz and click on the little bulb, the light will dim. With the switch use, it won't.
