LK IHC Plugin

Hi,
over the last 6 months, I have been doing some development on a hardware plugin for domoticz, for a (primarily) danish home automation system called IHC, by Schneider. It has been very slow on/off development, but the basic features are working / are stable, like switching lights on/off and using dimmers. I'm not sure if there is a general interest in the plugin or not, but I think at least for danish users, this could be interesting. When is the right time to create a pull reguest on github? I mean.. The major functions of the pluging are working, so I would prefer to get some user feedback before doing any more development - is this OK?
So what is the general opinion on this?
Thanks in advance,
BR Jonas
