Alarm: Read Dimmer, Change Value, Change Value Back

Hi all,
i am quite new to Domoticz and LUA.
I have an LED Lamp, which is controlled by three dimmers (Red, Blue, Green).
With a trigger, I want to store the current value of all three dimmers, set another value for 5 sec (e.g. red 100%) and after 5 seconds change all dimmers back to their initial value.
Can anyone tell me if that is possible or how to achieve it?
