Why isn't Aeotech Z-stick listed as a device type; ditto Comet zwave TRV

I have an Aeotech Gen5 z-stick. Why isn't that listed as a device for me to select as my controller hardware? Also, why isn't the Comet zwave TRV listed, because I saw some reference to it in some pile of driver references that whizzed by during installation?
I've just installed today, on a Raspberry Pi3.
Not sure how to get off the ground until I answer these questions
