Moving Domoticz from Pi to Pi

Hello all,
I would like to re-install my Domoticz Pi because there was much too much tinkering and the system becomes increasingly unstable.
Can I simply adopt the config files and if so, which must I secure and transfer? It is a temperature logger with 5 DS18B20 sensors and there all hidden, so I would like to safe the effort with a total new configuration.
