Install the last version of Bluetooth on RPI3

Hi,
I want to use a system of presence detection based on BLE, so i'm following this guide:

My problem is when I try to install the last version of bluetooth.

I followed the chapter "Bluez - the linux bluetooth stack" presents in this guide but when i finish the installation i obtain the result attached (Screenshot_38.png).
But if i write another command I obtain this result (Screenshot_39.png).

Please, can you tell me the real version that I have installed and what is it the 5.23 version that appear in the first screenshot?
