Energy meter - option to add fee/subscription price

Hi everybody 
First: big thanks to the whole devellopers team who make our lifes easier each day, active forum members too.
I was comparing my energy counter (French téléinfo) with the bill on my energy provider on their website and found a little difference.
For sure that's because, at least in France we pay a montly fee of XX€ to be delivered.
Could we imagine an option in settings to set the monthly fee then it's added to the counter logs and where total would be calculated in accordance (T1 + T2 + fee) ? (screenshot attached) so when we compare Domoticz and energy provider both prices match !
