Is Blocky scheduled

as in does it run the events every minute, 5 minutes or should it instantly work if something meets a trigger?
As far as I know,
If you have a time condition trigger- then the scrips runs every min. ( to check the time )
If it's just switch states, then it run instantly every time a switch is switched.
