I've been using an RFXtrx433e transceiver for some time and just recently I've built an RFLink unit. I have various temperature & humidity sensors around the house and also some remote switches (curently only linked/controlled by the RFXcom unit)

Data reported via the RFLink unit does not show battery state or signal strength from any of my sensors. I have both transceivers connected to the same Domoticz system and receiving from the same sensors. Here is a screenshot from the 'devices' page showing my 'Owl' energy monitor..

It's interesting to see that the RFXtrx and RFLink (a) report the same sensor rather differently and (b) the missing signal and battery levels from the RFLink receiver.

Both transceivers have up-to-date firmware. Has anyone else seen this? Am I doing anything wrong?

For the signal level to work you will need a RXb6 version 2 receiver module, we are working on adding the signal level.
Other modules do not report the signal level, meaning that RFlink can not forward that information.

The battery level is only forwarded by RFLink when it is supplied by the sensor AND if RFLink actually knows for sure where in the sensor data it is located. For the OWL there is currently no battery status reported. If you supply a small debug log with full and low batteries we will gladly add this.

Regarding the OWL values, we are sure that the calculated values are correct. This has been well tested.

I built my RFLink board from the parts kit at https://www.nodo-shop.nl/en/41-rflink-433-kit which provides the Aurel transceiver. I may look into changing this for the RXb6 version 2.

Edit: How can I identify the required version 2? Is this one (on AliExpress at £1.00/ea) sufficient...
On the battery level, most of my sensors are these from Aliexpress https://www.aliexpress.com/item/Transmi ... 56497.html which RFLink reports as WTGR800 but RFXcom shows them as 'Viking 02035, 02038, TSS320'. If I have some time I should be able to get a debug log along with the data as reported by RFXcom. I can probably also do this for the OWL unit.
