New installation not accessible

I have installed Domoticz on a new machine. Imported a backup of my current installation that seems to be working fine. I even think that if I connect my Aeon Z-Wave USB stick and RFXCom USB device all other devices will be found and useable automatically.
However, on the new machine I can connect to Domoticz using: http://localhost:8080 and (in this case) http://192.168.1.143:8080. However from all other machines on the network I cannot connect to that Domoticz installation using http://192.168.1.143:8080. And from that new machine I do have the possibility to connect to http://192.168.1.101:8080 (which is my current Domoticz installation).
Internally there is no port forwarding needed, right?
