Strange non existing hardware id

once in a while when i stop and start zwave i get this message

2017-01-12 20:25:57.347 Error: RxQueue: cannot retrieve hardware with id: 3

i thought it meant nodeid=3 but it is not in the the zwcfg_xxx.xml file

which id does it mean, de hardware id on the devices pages?

if that is the case it points to a hue lightbulb but these go through the hue hub
i have 5 lamps so why would it only complain about this lamp and not the others
