Deactivate armed home

Hello,
I have a motion sensor and a dummy switch to set my home armed. If home is armed and motion sensor reacts, theres a message on my Iphone. I would like to change the blockly, that when motion sensor event comes and armed switch is on, there will pass some time and then armed is checked again. If it is still armed, the message comes. So I have the possibility to enter my home and switch armed off. Is there a wait or delay trigger in blocky? Thanks.
