Problem with Razberry after update from RPI2 to RPi3

Hi
I have a big problem. Yesterday i buy RPi3 and i move my Domoticz from RPi2 to RPI3. Of course i install clean Domoticz on new card in RPI3 and then move radio zwave Razberry from RPi2 to RPi3. Disable bluetooth to work with Razberyy and ok Zwave works. But on new Domoticz found some nodes but 2 nodes is not reconized and in DEVICES show only one devices from one node. One from node 0x06 and one from 0x03. But should reconized name node like FIBARO Wall Plug and Fibaro RGBW and found in devices more devices from node like energy and other. I try HEAL NETWORK in menu Hardware >Zwave Razberry setup but it not helping for me. How i can repair it to full reconized all nodes and found all devices from nodes ?
