Hardware:
Aeon Labs Aeotec Gen 5 Z-Wave USB
Synology DS215J
Speedlink SNAPPY - Active USB Hub 4-Port (powered)

When I connect the Aeon Labs Aeotec Gen 5 Z-Wave USB directly in the USB2 port in de Synology NAS the device is working without any problems.
When I put the USB hub between it (Aeotec USB -> USB HUB -> Synology) the Aeotec USB is not working in Domoticz (the device is still blinking blue - orange - red)

Domoticz gives the following log:

Code: Select all

I dont understand why. Can somebody explain it?

Stick not receiving enough power?
Is it a powered USB hub?
Why do you need a hub? I have 6 USB ports on my Syno.

Thanks for your response. Yes its a powered USB hub.

I need it because the P1 USB meter and the Zwave stick are not working on my USB3 port.

I think is a driver issue, ive posted that issue here: viewtopic.php?t=2620&p=109661#p109588
