I would like to use a script in windows for Domotics
but I do not find how to install the lua only sudo ... ( it is only for Linux )
But there is no HowTo in Windows

You don't need to install Lua on Windows. Domoticz has Lua integrated even with a LUA / Blockly editor. Look at the Event section of the settings menu.
