Is an upgrade from Wheezie to Jessie and a Pi2 to Pi3 worth it?

In other words is it noticeable and are there any benefits?

What i notice now with the Pi2 when i execute a longer script and several times especially with testing the frontpage becomes slower.

I would like to know this also.
I was originally running on a Pi2 but took a copy of the SD card and cloned it to another card and am running it on a Pi3 no problem but on Wheezy.
I tried to setup Bluetooth on it last night to try out the ultimate presence detection script from the forum, but couldn't get the Bluetooth working so I'm guessing I will need to upgrade to Jessie.
Tempted to try out on a fresh SD card, but are there any other benefits to doing so?

And did you notice something from pi2 to Pi3 wheezy? I guess not?

I would like to say it was a bit quicker, but interface is still slow when clicking on Switches.
Also moved to a new larger faster card, so difficult to quantify.
