Fibaro FGS222 Double Relay shows only one Switch. Any fix ??

Hello everyone,
It is my second FGS222 which I need to reset because suddenly only one switch is working.
It is really supprising that it still works on one Switch.
Any idea on how to fix this ? I am all updated on Raspberry with Domoticz.
I have attached a screenshot of what shows OpenZWave.
Thanks for your support as I have 10 of them, I am getting worried.
