How can I run mobile Android giving wifi to a Linux pc with domoticz

Hi everybody.
My first time with Domoticz
I have Domoticz running in a Linux pc at home.
An Android mobile with 3g gives It the Internet connection by wifi.
I want to access Domoticz from other mobile by Internet.
What to do in the pc and mobiles?
