I can't find the answer on the aeotec Website.
Which and are there inwall controllers suitable for switching led lights?

You can use whatever you want.. I believe....
what's the input power for your leds?
if they are 220v you can plug them streight to a binary switch
if they are 12 or 24, you can use a switch and power the 12v supply first...

I have 2 stripes (1 12v and the other 24v) and I have connected them that way
more... I do use a Fibaro RGBW controller for other 12v stripes
(note that fibato works in 12 or 24v ONLY)

They are 230v where each led has his own driver. They are 4 *3 watt. So 12 Watt total.

I understood that only qubino can drive those low wattages and otherwise you have to buy an extra load Module.

if you want to only switch on/off then you can intercept the main voltage with a switch
be sure the actual drivers are compatible with Domoticz (someone could be via nodeJs or other API)
otherwise you can replace the driver with a Qubino or a Fibaro (it supports 12-24v vcc)
