How to send more snapshots

How can you send more then 1 snapshot with telegram bot
I let my camera take a snapshot and it will be saved as snapshot.jpg if i make more snapshots they will be saved as snapshot(1).jpg and snapshot(2).jpg and so on.
How do i send all the snapshots at once?
