Issue with RF433 and Chuango

Got a problem (or maybe a not really understood function 
) between Chuango Flood sensors WI-200 and Gas sensor GAS-88
They are recognized in Domoticz via RFXTRX433 (Lightning4 Protocol), they only send the ON signal and not the OFF... that's fine...
In domoticz they are setted up as SMOKE detector (since there is no flood, nor gas detectors), this also allows me to reset the alarm...
During some tests with a LUA script to better interface the alarm system, I recgnize this wired behaivour:
If I manually switch on the sensors in domoticz, it goes on and triggers event...
but if I reset it.... it goes off, and then back on after few secs... but shortly I get this Log line:
and the sensor goen ON again....
this is not true... (i checked and did not get water)
I think this happend because Domoticz sends a signal to the sensor and the rensor... just replay as On...
could it be?
Could it be a solution to replace them with some other ZWave secured devices?
