What is this device?

Hi!
Yesterday i instaled my brand new zwave system.
Just after plug and config the UZB zwave.me usb interface domoticz adds 3 objets to the zwave nodes.
One named "Controller" and other two named "Unknown". Someone knows what are these nodes or their utility?
