Next step...which protocol? Experience Klik-aan-Klik-uit

Currently I have an Aeon Z-Wave controller and some Greenwave power nodes. That works fine.

Next steps in my home automation are to add:
-light control
-smoke/CO detection
-home security

I have some lights that I would like to control through Domoticz, but I always want the option to control them through a manual switch. The most logical option would be to go for Z-Wave (like Fibaro), but the most logical option is pretty expensive as well!

So I am looking for alternatives. What are the experiences when it comes to Klik-Aan-Klik-Uit? Is it easy to add that to Domoticz? Does Domoticz support dimming lights nicely?
What's the easiest way? Add a KaKu control station and then add that in Domoticz? Or just add KaKu devices, an RFXCom sender and add that to Domoticz?

Or would it be better to switch to Philips Hue?

Thanks in advance!

With the RFXtrx433E you can receive KAKU remotes/switches and control the KAKU modules.
Enable add new devices in Domoticz for 5 minutes,
Transmit a command with the remote and add this device on the Devices page.

I also use both z-wave and RFX as well.
The kaku switches and dimmers for building behind the traditional switch are working fine.

Z-wave for controlling the lights is way too expensive, and has no advantages.

Success

Cool! Thanks. 433 Mhz rather than Z-Wave makes domitca much more fun again ;)
