Help needed with simple event

Hello Again,
This simple not working event is a pain in the ass...
I created a virtual switch to manual switch some lights off. The virtual switch itself gets switched off by use of a timer. This all works like a charm.
Recently I added a simple pir sensor to use for presence detection in the hallway. By use of an event this pir sensor controls some lights. This event also works as its supposed to.
Now on to my problem.
I would like to use the pir sensor [beweging gang] to switch off the virtual Switch [tv lampen uit] when precense is detected at a specific moment in time.
I cant seem to get this event to work.
For testing purposes I created a simple event. (Because the created event with use of time parameters wasnt working)
When the virtual switch is on and pir sensor is on
then turn the virtual switch off....
I can see the pir sensor switched on, but the status of the virtual switch isn't changing.
I've already tried the same event with the timer of the virtual switch deactived, without proper result.
I seem to overlook something. But what?!
Some help would be appreciated.
Greetings Aykster
