Smartwares Valve Issue

Hello,

I'm new to Domoticz. My setup is Domoticz V3.5700 on Raspberry and RFLink from nodo-shop with V42 FW.

I can't add my Smartwares Valve in Domoticz, if I try to use the remote to learn the code it's only detected as an ON/OFF Switch and if I try to add it manualy (Switch Type : ON/OFF - TYPE : Smartwares Radiator) there is a missing 0 in the first row of the ID (should be 0069FC00 unit 2)

Image

If I insist to create this Switch with the missing 0 in the ID, the Switch and Utility are created in Domoticz but if I try to use it anyway I'm getting an "Error sending switch command, check device/hardware !"

Any help will be appreciated :)

Update : I have set the ID to match the Physical remote directly in the domoticz.db using SQLiteDatabaseBrower and still got "Error sending switch command, check device/hardware !" when trying to operate the switch.

I don't understand

You must choose a id and learn that in the valve, not the remote.

Problem is, if I do this the proper way, Domoticz send me an "Error sending switch command, check device/hardware !" when I try to use this switch.

Hello,

I still have my issue. If I try to manualy add a switch (ON/OFF, smartwares Radiator with random ID values) I can add this in my switches list but when I click on it, Domoticz tell me "Error sending switch command, check device/hardware !"
I'm not even touching the valve or trying to pair it, this is just by adding a "dummy" switch in Domoticz. It's actually acting like my RFLink can't send any command with the Smartwares Radiator protocol.

Does anybody have an idea ?
