Hi,
Sigma Design has releases an open specification (http://zwavepublic.com/developer) and reference implementation of a Z/IP gateway. I was wondering if this changes anything in regards to Domoticz future implementation of z-wave hw interaction?
I haven't read all of it yet, but as I see it this negates the need for reverse engineered solutions like openzwave - or maybe I'm missing something?
Provided it is as I think it is, wouldn't it make sense to use this in Domoticz as the preferred way to communicate with a device such as the Raszberry?

Re: Sigma Designs Z-Wave Open API Specification
Hello!
Good point! Does anybody have a clue if this could make Domoticz Systems with Z-Wave more stable or maybe push openzwave forward because of working together with Domoticz on one system?
