Waht does this Low Batt setting do ?

I'm working with battery operated mysensors nodes and they have the possibility so send battery percentage to the host. I have this working, I can see the correct batt. level in the devices overview. Now I'm wondering what this setting in Domoticz does :
Default it's set to 0, I have changed it to 20 and dropped the voltage on the node so that it reports 10%. And ....nothing happens. Should this setting triggger something ? Or once every X time ?
I know you all like pictures so here is a pic of the breadboard setup of the node, is uses an 3.3V/8Mhz arduino Pro Mini, modified for battery use and a RFM69W 868 MHz radio module, that's on the back of the purple PCB.
