domotics as remote from vera

Hi. Second domiticz wiki (https://www.domoticz.com/wiki/VERA) its possible use domoticz as slave from vera 3.
I have an 11" all-in-one computer on wall and i'm trying make that computer my vera e mysensors remote. My problem is imperihome just work on android and for me its the best remote software. what about if i use domotics as a "remote" on ubunto???
will that work? its reliable ? anyone already try???
