Hi,
Thanks for all the good work on the integration of Evohome in Domoticz.
I use the following stuf:
Domoticz V3.5640
Raspberry Pi
HGI80
I followed all the steps as described in https://www.domoticz.com/wiki/Evohome
HGI80 is showing all zones etc so this is working.
I want to link a non-evohome external temperature sensor (Banggood SKU174397) to evohome via the steps as described in the manual and have done so succesfully. The issue is the following:
The temperature measurement of the external temperature sensor is not showing on the Evohome panel.. after quite some time the evohome panel will say it can not show the temperature (correct wording i dont remember).
in the manual the following is stated:
" Click on the devices list in Domoticz and you should see the new Evohome zone temperature device labelled 'Unknown' with a zone (Unit) number in the range 40-51"
The evohome zone temperature device does not have a range 40-51 but is mentioned as unit 1
Any ideas?

Re: Evohome _ Zone temp via external temp_device not updating
Hi,
Could you please post or PM me a screenshot of your Evohome devices list from Domoticz and also the entry for the temperature sensor you are trying to link? This will help me troubleshoot the problem and hopefully I'll be able to help suggest a fix so that you can get your temperature sensor linked in to Evohome.
