Dimming Aeon Micro Dimmer

Hey
Im having real issues dimming a Aeon Labs Dimmer Module.
1) the slider is not a slider more of a sniper precise bullet, you have to move your mouse 10ths of a mm to get anything other than 100%
2) when I do manage to get something other than 100% the lights dont dim, My drivers are dimmable and an electrician tells me they should dim
What am I missing? What info do you require to help me resolve this?
