Contol Output latch relais via GPIO pin

I have multiple 220V lamps that all have a 12V latch relay. These latch relays are connected parallel.
I want to control the latch relays via a single GPIO pin (a Raspberry Pi B+ ) in Domoticz, by means of a manual type On/Off type GPIO switch.
That is:
- when the Raspberry B+ GPIO pin goes HIGH, a short positive pulse to switch the latch relays
- when the Raspberry B+ GPIO pin goes LOW again, again a short positive to switch the latch relays.
Anyone that can help me if there are such boards and/or circuits?
Thank you
Jan
