Connecting old Kaku plugs

Post by Goldwing1973 »

i still have some older KaKu plugs (with a channel selector wheel on the back) lying around.
Is it possible to connect these to Domoticz?
I tried the "Manual Light Switch" in the switches page and figured that each ID field corresponds with the A B C D on the wheel on the back of the KaKu, but i can't get them to work.

Never mind, I got them to work.
I tried connecting the older KaKu's the same way i connected the newer ones, using the AC Type.
When i changed the AC Type to ARC i could select the A,B,C or D and the 1,2 or 3 Setting.

I believe the old "home group" letter will go all the way from A through P.
Within each home group you can use device numbers 1 through 16, although I found there is a bug somewhere when using address 16. Not sure if it is in Domoticz or RFLink, but I've steered clear of 16...
