IR + Bluetooth Playstation 4

Hi guys,
I understand that if i want to control with IR i need IR blaster + Lirc + lua/bash script. (for radio, tv and airconditioner for example)... Right?
And, if i want to turn on/off a dispositive that have bluetooth? For example, i want to turn on the playstation that have remote control by using joystick (wireless system: bluetooth!) How i do this with domoticz? In my mind it's like build an hub harmony system that have IR,wifi,bluetooth for raspberry pi.
im noob and italian, so sorry for my english XD
