Devolo home control switch not recognised

i have a Devolo home control switch which does not seem to be recognised correctly as the z-wave switch it should be, but it is working, except the Watts do not show properly in the log, when its switched on it powers up a coffee machine at around 1250 watts, but only logs 2.8 watts in the log as show in the screen shot but it does show the correct amount of watts in the switch screen, although the spike in power is brief and only whilst switching on and when the machine is heating i would expect to see these in the log ?
